Chimerion has extensive experience of working with private sector clients to help them to understand and plan strategies for maximising opportunities presented by changes in policy.

We have managed client programmes and projects including mobilisation of sites to support clinical delivery, multiple bid delivery, outsourcing of finance and HR transaction services and healthcare property developments.

We have worked with an NHS organisation to shape their approach towards the procurement of a FESC provider who would become a long term partner in their commissioning process.

Chimerion provided a consultancy team to support the Department of Health's groundbreaking ISTC programme under which £1.6bn of healthcare services were procured from the Independent Sector on behalf of the NHS.

Chimerion has provided consultancy support to a new entrant in UK healthcare to develop and strengthen their corporate governance and risk management processes and procedures in advance of registration by CQC.

We regularly source and interpret health data to support business growth, benchmarking and strategic decision making. Our analysis has been successfully used, for example, to identify the best locations for new diagnostic facilities, for benchmarking competitor price points in the mental health field and to evaluate shortfalls in NHS dental cover to pinpoint areas where new providers would be most likely to succeed.
