Guy has worked at a senior level within the NHS and as a consultant to the Department of Health and major healthcare providers. His recent experience includes:

• Developing successful strategies for private sector providers seeking to enter the market, including carrying out feasibility studies and scoping of a range of healthcare services to be provided

• Assessing the strength of management teams and healthcare offerings, for companies seeking to acquire health businesses

• Interpreting the impact of NHS policy for clients operating in the health market

• Project Direction in relation to development matters for an independent healthcare provider in the process of acquiring a hospital business

Guy is a Chartered Project Manager (MRICS) and has an MBA and a Post Graduate Diploma in NHS Project Direction.

Nicola uses her analytical skills to assist our clients in the development of their procurement strategies and their business offerings and has worked on high profile projects including a major procurement for the Department of Health. Her experience includes:

• Development of successful bid strategies and submissions for private sector providers on central government procurements of clinical services, as evidenced by Chimerion's excellent bid record

• Provision of market and sector specific analysis to identify opportunities for organisations looking to expand their healthcare service offering or to reach new customers

• Supporting client development of Integrated Governance regimes with the aim of insuring that clinical governance is fully considered within the overall business objectives and that risks are effectively managed
